Your Training Day Is Based Around Genuine Booked Inspections.
Depending on our bookings, the day may include pre-purchase building inspections, timber pest inspections, construction inspections, dilapidation inspections or a combination of different inspection types.
Because these are real client inspections, the exact properties and inspection types cannot be guaranteed in advance and remain subject to property access, client approval and site requirements.
Practical Industry Mentoring
The training provides practical field mentoring and industry experience. It is not a nationally recognised training course and does not provide a formal qualification, trade licence, certification or accreditation.
Attendance at individual properties and construction sites remains subject to property access, client approval, site rules and safety requirements. Where particular PPE or site requirements apply, these will be discussed before attendance.
