The agreement forms part of the inspection booking and should be reviewed before authorising Inspector Group to proceed with the requested inspection.
Visual Inspection
The inspection is visual and non-invasive and is limited to building elements visible at the time of inspection.
Reasonable Access
Inspection is limited to areas that are safe and reasonably accessible at the time of attendance.
Written Report
Observations made during the inspection are recorded in the written report issued to the client.
